Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. Once we launch international shipping, we will let everyone know via our newsletter and Instagram.

It depends on the shipping address, but on average, bobber will usually reach you within 3-6 days.

If you are in any way dissatisfied with your bobber, please contact us. You may return your unused product(s) in the original packaging to us within 30 days of purchase for a refund.

Yes, once we receive the bobber back, we will immediately issue a refund. It usually takes a few days to process depending on your bank’s policies.

Yes. Please do not damage the packaging, especially the gift tin tube. To receive a refund, the product must be returned in the original packaging.

If your bobber is defective, we will refund both the product and shipping cost. If the bobber is not defective, the original shipping cost is not refundable nor the cost to ship it back.

If your bobber is defective, we will pay to ship it back. Otherwise, you will need to ship it back at your own expense.
